Iron powder refers to iron particle powder with a size of less than 1mm. Its color is black. Iron powder is the main raw material of powder metallurgy. According to the particle size, the iron powder can be divided into five grades: Coarse powder, medium powder, fine powder, fine powder, and ultra-fine powder. The iron powder has the particle size of 150-500 μm is a coarse powder, medium powder has the particle size of 44-150 μm, fine powder with the particle size of 10-44 μm, extremely fine powder with the particle size of 0.5-10 μm, and ultra-fine powder with the particle size of less than 0.5 μm. Here we introduce some kinds of superfine iron powder.
01 Iron Nickel Premixed Powder SNC-001
SNC-001 is composed of iron-nickel 4, with a particle size of - 200 mesh. After grading and matching of powder, it has not only fine particles but also good filling and fluidity, so it is very suitable for the application of tiny P/M parts.
02 Ultrafine Iron Powder EG Series
This series is suitable for the environmental remediation industry. It adopts a unique preparation process and a new type of spherical porous iron powder with a particle size of 10-300 μm.
• High porosity, high specific surface area, high reaction activity, 50 times of ordinary iron powder.
• It has strong adsorption capacity, low activity loss, long service life, and can reduce injection times.
• It can be customized according to the application direction/site, with a wide range of particle sizes.
03 Ultrafine Iron Powder UHA
• High purity, low oxygen content, Fe ≥ 98.8%.
• The particle size is ultra-fine, with an average of 2500 mesh and D50 of 4.8-5.5 μ M.
• It can be widely used in powder metallurgy, diamond tools, electronic components, magnetic materials, and other industries.
04 Ultrafine Iron Powder UHD
• High purity, low oxygen content, Fe ≥ 98.5%.
• The particle size is ultra-fine, with an average of 1000 mesh and D50 of 7.0-9.0 μ M.
• It can be widely used in powder metallurgy, diamond tools, electronic components, magnetic materials, and other industries.
