Introduction:


AEM provides chromium powder, manganese powder, stannum (Tin) powder, molybdenum powder and zinc powder with different particle size.
Molybdenum powder is a raw material, widely used in molybdenum and molybdenum alloy production. Some are used for making electric heating elements, molybdenum head and powder metallurgy materials.
Chromium powder is used as a hardener in steel, for the manufacture of stainless steel and many useful alloys. It is also employed to give glass an emerald green color. Chromium does not oxidize in air, even in extreme moisture.
Approximately 90% of Manganese Powder is used in the steel industry as Manganese is made into steel alloys. One of the best known alloys of Manganese Powder is Ferromanganese which includes up to 48% Manganese mixed with Carbon and Iron. It is also used to produce Siliconmanganese as well which is used in springs for structural components.
Stannum powder by variable current laser ion beam, chemical vapor deposition of industrialization production is big, high purity, uniform particle size, shape, good, dispersibility, high oxidation temperature and good sintering shrinkage. tin particles nanoparticle should be stored in dry, cool and sealing of the environment, please don't be exposure to air, besides should avoid the heavy pressure, according to ordinary goods transportation.
The molybdenum powders are produced from molybdenum trioxide and ammonium molybdates by hydrogen reduction. By controlling the input materials and reduction parameters, purity can be controlled above 99.95% with low residual oxygen and carbon contents. Particle size can be controlled through screening and other techniques from coarse fractions of -5 mesh (4mm) to -325 mesh (-45µm). MIMP powders can be produced with the largest agglomerates under 15µm and an average agglomerate size under 4µm.
The Zinc metal powder is divided into fines powder, normal powder and superfines powder according to particle size. It is an important industrial raw material, mainly used in chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and other industries. Especially, It is used extensively in the coatings industry.
In the cold-galvanizing industry, the zinc content of zinc-rich coatings is 40%-70% of the total weight of the coating. It is widely used in the surface preservation of metal materials in seawater, fresh water and atmospheric media, such as ships, containers, chemicals, Anti-corrosion treatment of metal parts, metal parts, automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, oil pipelines, open-air steel component towers, bridge steel structures and highway guardrails in water conservancy projects.
