Antimony telluride is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula Sb2Te3. It is a grey crystalline solid with layered structure. Layers consist of two atomic sheets of antimony and three atomic sheets of tellurium and are held together by weak van der Waals forces. Sb2Te3 is a narro-gap semiconductor with a band gap 0.21 eV; it is also a topological insulator, and thus exhibits thickness-dependent physical properties.

Material Notes

Antimony Telluride Sputtering Target, Purity is 99.999%; Circular: Diameter <= 14inch, Thickness >= 1mm; Block: Length <= 32inch, Width <= 12inch, Thickness >= 1mm.This material may require special ramp up and ramp down procedures. This process may not be necessary with other materials.Targets that have a low thermal conductivity are susceptible to thermal shock.
