Calcium Fluoride (CaF2) crystal has good mechanical strength, good moisture resistance, and a high transmittance range of 0.13 to 11.3 um, up to 95%. It is a good window material. The using temperature is below 600 °C in the atmosphere and 800 °C in vacuum drying.
