Ce:YAG Crystal
Cerium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Ce: YAG) is a scintillation crystal with high luminous efficiency and wide light pulse. The luminescence peak (550nm) can match the sensitive wavelength of a photodiode, which is suitable for photodiode as photodetector and detection when using lightly charged particles. It is not deliquescent, high temperature resistant, and stable in thermodynamic properties. Ce: YAG crystal can be used in extreme detection environments.
