The lithium cobalt oxide is a layered structure, which providing a two-dimensional tunnel for lithium ion migration. The LiCoO2 sputtering target is a great materials for making bactteries beacuse the superior electrochemical performance. Those performance includs: average capacity attenuation <0.05% per one cycle, First discharge specific capacity > 135mAh / g and 3.6V initial discharge platform ratio >85%. The LiCoO2 battery can help to increase the battery volume ratio capacity, and product performance is stable, good consistency.
