Introduction:

Magnesium Aluminate (Spinel) (MgAl2O4) is a single crystal, which widely used for bulk acoustic wave and microwave devices and fast IC epitaxial substates. It's not easy to grow MgAl2O4 crystal beacuse of the difficulty in maintaining a single phase structure.
