Introduction:

Ferrum doped Strontium titanate (Fe: SrTiO3) single crystal has a similar structure to SrTiO3 crystal, which  matches well with the lattice of perovskite structure materials. The substrates are widely used for expitaxial growth of various oxide films. We provide 0.05%, 0.04% Fe doped concentration for Nd: SrTiO3 single crystal sbustrates.
