Introduction:

Potassium tantalate (KTaO3) single crystal has stable cubic structure, which mainly used for producing laser modulators, digital deflectors, and semiconductor devices. KTaO3 crystal has no phase transition when the temperature from abousolutely zero to melting point (1645K).
